Designed to update & reinforce participants’ knowledge of Negotiating Skills. Develop those skills & techniques essential for dealing with complex & difficult negotiating situations.

Programme Objectives

Delegates will be able to:

  • give & receive feedback on their own individual negotiating behaviour for verbal contributions, non-verbal signals & tactics
  • use negotiating tactics which best suit their own style
  • recognise those negotiating tactics which they personally dislike & use appropriate counter-measures to overcome any negative effects
  • use planning forms & checklists for preparing a negotiation
  • negotiate successfully in complex & difficult situations
  • measure the extent to which the negotiating objectives have been achieved
